Mt. 17:24 In the year 1982 Gularte Mauritius attended a retreat at a Catholic Movement called "Encounters of Youth Promotion" (Emproistas). In one of the messages of the retreat, Father Fernando Garcia made a strong motivation for questioning about what each of the young attendees was doing. At that time, Mauritius and a group of Emproistas had outreach to the communities concerned to carry out visits to prisons, hospitals and gullies where people live in extreme poverty, bringing a little joy, spiritual and material aid. This with the leadership of Bishop Guillermo Flores in a community called Youth Five loaves and two fish of the Immaculate Conception parish, located in Guatemala City. Father Garcia defined this as: "Apostolate of dulcitos" he said, the youth should commit themselves more, a little to waive certain distractions, valuing the time of each day, targeting more and more to serve the neighbor. A few months later, exactly on Wednesday, July 14, 1982, Mauritius attended a meeting where the Speaker was the Mother Teresa of Calcutta. That day could say he was born ANINI.
